Strategy games and mods, built with AI.

Kaiserra is a small studio that uses AI as its engineering team. We design the rules and check the math; AI writes the code. Our first game, Ra Strategy, is a real-time strategy game set in World War II.

What we build

  • Ra Strategy

    In development

A real-time strategy game set in World War II. The campaign opens on 1 January 1936, on a map of Europe split into provinces, each with its own terrain, rivers and cities. Germany and the Soviet Union are the first playable nations.

You pick a nation, begin with one district officer, and raise a command camp. From there you build iron, food and ammunition production, and your population decides how much food and ammunition you burn through.

    • Living map. Every province tracks its owner, terrain (forest, plains, mountains) and settlements, from small towns up to metropolises like Berlin.
    • Real time, your pace. The calendar runs day by day. Pause at any moment or speed time up from 1x to 5x.
    • Economy that bites. Production, supply and consumption are all formulas, tested on their own before they reach the game.
    • Ways to play. Single-player scenarios and multiplayer on a chosen map are both planned.
  • Minecraft mods - servers

    Old product, completed

Gameplay changes for Minecraft, from simple number tweaks to new interfaces and new mechanics, along with server work. Built and tested with AI.

  • Grand strategy mods

    Old product, completed

Mods for games in the Hearts of Iron IV mold, where supply, production and combat all come down to formulas that have to balance. We built and balanced them with AI.

How we work

Rules first. Every system starts as a plain description of how it should behave: how fast a camp produces iron, how much food a unit eats, what a mod should change.

AI writes the code. We hand the description to AI, run what comes back, and iterate until it behaves.

Math gets checked. Strategy games live or die on their numbers. We test the formulas on their own before they go anywhere near a player.

Small and fast. A small team with AI can try more ideas in a week than a large one can in a month, and drop the ones that aren't fun.
